3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be subject to cancellation charges as per the bus operator's policy.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. You must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Failure to board the bus on time will result in forfeiture of your ticket without refund.

Bus operators reserve the right to modify schedules, routes, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

BusBooking acts as an intermediary between customers and bus operators. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or incidents that occur during travel. Our liability is limited to the refund of the ticket price.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using our platform for any illegal activities, making fraudulent bookings, or attempting to manipulate our systems. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
