Search for your route by entering source, destination and travel date on the home page. Choose a bus, select your seat, enter passenger details, and complete payment to confirm your booking.

We recommend creating an account so you can manage bookings, access your trips easily, track buses and get personalized offers. In some cases, guest booking may also be available.

Your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also view and download it anytime from the “My Bookings” section.

We support UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, popular wallets and sometimes pay-later options depending on availability from payment partners.

Once your cancellation is processed, refunds are usually initiated immediately and credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We keep our pricing transparent. A small convenience fee or platform fee may be applicable on some bookings, and all applicable charges are shown clearly before you make the payment.

Yes, you can cancel your ticket from the “My Bookings” section as long as the operator allows cancellation. Cancellation charges, if any, will be shown before you confirm the cancellation.

Date or bus changes depend on the operator’s policy. Some operators allow rescheduling, while others require you to cancel and rebook. Flexi tickets, where available, offer more flexibility.

Carry a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, driving license, etc.) along with your SMS/WhatsApp/e-ticket. Some operators may also accept digital copies.

For buses with live tracking enabled, you will see a “Track Bus” option in your trip details. Click it to view the live location of your bus along with ETA updates.

In case of delays or cancellations by the operator, you will be informed via SMS/WhatsApp/email. For assistance or alternative options, you can reach our 24/7 support team.
